  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup freshly juiced carrots
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed oil
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • Ice cubes or cold water

If you are exercising during the cleanse, we recommend you add:
