Hello! I’m Dr. Heath Foster. I am the fourth Foster to become a chiropractor and the latest to join the FOSTERing WELLNESS team here in Vermont. Like my brothers before, I consider LaHarpe, IL as my home town, but I lived in a number of places while growing up. Wherever we were, my parents would often seek chiropractic care for our family. Growing up seeing the benefits of chiropractic care, and two of my brothers being doctors of chiropractic, I decided at a young age I would follow them into what has quickly become the family business.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at Western Illinois University in the study of Kinesiology and Exercise Science. After graduation from Western I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where chiropractic was discovered.  I graduated from Palmer  in 2012. From there I moved to Tennessee and was an associate for a time before opening my own private practice. I was still in solo practice when I got an invitation from my brother, Dr. Charles, to join his FOSTERing WELLNESS clinics here in Vermont. You will usually find me in the Springfield office where I am the principle doctor.  I do get around to the other offices as well to cover for vacations and such.

I am married to Rachel, the beautiful mother of my 3, soon to be 4 children. Rachel doesn’t love the cold winter so much but we do think Vermont is beautiful. The kids love the snow and love being closer to their aunts, uncles and cousins. We are very involved in the community; we help with a new church in the area, love meeting our friends at the local game store, and enjoy participating in local events.

I love being a chiropractor and serving people. Particularly, I love adjusting young children, infants and young athletes. It’s fun to see them perform better and develop with healthy posture and coordination. I look forward to meeting you and your family very soon.
