Entertainer, actor, comedian George Burns was the poster boy for living to 100 years old and still working. While we don’t advocate his drinking scotch and smoking cigars as the recipe for long life, we do think that we can be active and live longer, if we indeed follow some simple recipes. Enjoy these foods, coupled with regular exercise and regular chiropractic care, and you feel better, look better, move better, keep better posture, and increase the likelihood that you will still have beneficial function in your later years.
