 What to Expect at Fostering Wellness

Whether you want relief or wellness care we are here to helpSince chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful practice member relationships is to explain everything in advance. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

We hope to make you feel at home the moment you walk in the door.Your First Visit
When you enter our office you will be greeted by our friendly staff. They will help you through the process of becoming a patient in our office. After watching a short video on chiropractic, you will meet the doctor You will then get a chance to tell us about your health concerns.

We suggest you set aside an hour for your first visit. We pride ourselves on a thorough examination. You should expect that we will be taking an x-ray in order to make the most accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. You can expect a safe, gentle chiropractic adjustment on your first visit.

On your second visit, we will answer questions like “Can chiropractic care help me?” or “How long before I’m feeling better?” We’ll review your exam and x-ray findings and let you know our treatment recommendations.

Along with chiropractic adjustments we may recommend exercises, massage and basic nutritional supplements. This visit will include a safe and gentle chiropractic adjustment and may take 30 minutes. On this visit we will also schedule future appointments as recommended by the doctor.

A Typical Office Visit

A typical office visit may require just five to 10 minutes.

But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way. We recognize your time is valuable, so, we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.
